As an experienced aged care professional you will be commercially savvy and have overseen multi-site operations, ensuring resources are utilised appropriately, facilities not only meet but exceed standards, ACFI revenue is maximised, residents and family feel supported and continue the high levels of staff engagement.
This is a hands on role where you are expected to step in and run homes when managers are on leave so you will need to be able to demonstrate understanding of care planning and delivery, staff management, aged care standards and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with residents and families and external stakeholders to ensure the current high levels of occupancy.
